Before we talk about this project, let me tell you who we are.
Since 2019 we’ve been in the real estate business and we’ve been helping individuals make profitable investments in Real Estate.
During this period, we have acquired, sold and allocated over 200 acres of land, developed 12 units of housing and are currently developing apartment projects in Lagos.
In December 2023, we decided to setup a new business model.
We call it the Agro-Real Estate Model.
Which is a combination of Agriculture and Real Estate, and this project called Hacienda.
Hacienda is one project combines Agriculture, Hospitality and Tourism into one Real Estate product.
Our goal for this project is to develop a destination where people can visit for recreation, holidays, corprorate retreats, and a place where real estate investors can own land and earn an income from them while the land appreciates.
The entire project sits on 100 acres of land in Moniya, Ibadan, Oyo state and we have divided this 100 acres of land into two parts of 50 acres each.
The first 50 acres is where we have the hospitality and recreational parts of the project.
The second 50-acres have been reserved strictly for the cultivation of plantains which will be owned by us and individual investors.
It’s simple.
At Hacienda, you can acquire a parcel of land and the cost of acquiring this land covers the cost to setup a plantain farm, manage it for one year and sell the produce.
So, what we have done is to setup the team of experts who will handle the cultivation, the management and the marketing of these produce.
So all you have to do is purchase your land, get regular updates and received payments every year when your produce is sold.
The major reason we chose plantain is because of its regenerative character.
One sucker of plantain is capable of producing one bunch of plantain in 9 months and within the same period, it is also capable of producing at least 5 suckers which can be replanted to expand your plantation or sold for extra income.
So, that means that with plantains, you will not only be getting paid every year, you will also be able to expand your investments at a lesser cost.
Now, let’s look at the numbers.
The answer is a minimum of N900,000 and as much as N2million.
Or more.
I’ll break it down for you.
One plantain sucker produces one bunch of plantain, and once plot of land takes about 120 suckers.
On one acre of land, which is 6 plots, you can plant 720 suckers of plantain.
That is 120 x 6.
Let us assume that we lose 30% of these suckers to different things that could happen on the farm, so we are left with 504 suckers at the time of harvest.
504 suckers = 504 bunches of plantain.
If we sell at a minimum of 2500 naira per bunch; which is very low. We will get a total income of N1,260,000.
When we remove 20% of that amount for the management of the farm for the following year, we will be left with N1,008,000.
But if we sell each bunch at 6000 naira, we will be having N3,024,000 as our income; and when we remove 20% of that income for the management of the farm in the following year, we will have N2,419,200 as our take home income every year.
If we take inflation into consideration, this amount can increase over the years.
Now, besides the fact that you will earn from the income realised from your plantain far every year, you will also benefit from the appreciation of your land.
Hacienda is located along the Iseyin-Moniya road in Ibadan.
This location is home to the Moniya train station, over 100 upcoming estates; both residential and commercial and is designed to host companies and industries.
Call it the new business district of Ibadan.
Land at Hacienda is expected to appreciate by about 614% over the next 10 years.
So, while you’re earning an income from your land, the value of your land is also appreciating.
You will start earning one year after your farm at Hacienda is setup and allocated to you.
One plot of land at Hacienda currently sells for N1.5million, so one acre which is 6 plots is N9million.
You get a 7% discount for every one acre you buy and can spread your payment over 6 months; with a deposit of N1.8million.
So instead of paying N9million, you are paying N8,370,000.

This payment covers:
If we sell one acre each, we will be selling to only 20 individuals, so if this interest you, you should speak to one of our representatives immediately and lock down your own acre of land.
If you can’t afford up to one acre, you can also speak to us and we might give you an opportunity to own single plots if they are available.
