Who will be in charge of managing the farming process?

Xymbolic Development Ltd; the developers oversee the management of the farming process at Hacienda in partnership with a dedicated team of agro-consultants and professionals with expertise in tourism and sustainable eco-friendly practices. Are there any costs for setting up and managing the farm?

There are additional fees for Setting up the farm and One-year farm management plan.

What would the cost of development, farm setup and management cover?

The cost of development, farm setup, and management would cover and are not limited to the following associated expenses which include:

  1. Infrastructural development such as the construction of a Perimeter Fence, Gate House, earth road, visitor facilities, recreational and educational spaces, the installation of necessary utilities like water supply, electricity, waste management systems etc.

  2. The setup of sustainable, inorganic and organic farms.

  3. The development of educational programs, tours and workshops for visitors.

  4. Management and Operational Costs

In summary, all of these costs are aimed at developing Hacienda into a unique Agro-Tourism destination.

When will cultivation of the farm begin?

The estimated period to commence cultivation of the farmlands at Hacienda is within 6 months after the initial date of subscription. Rest assured, the management will send frequent updates to investors regarding agricultural activities and set timelines.

Will my land be allocated to me before cultivation?

Investors will be given a provisional allocation after the initial payment is confirmed. This allocation remains valid if you adhere to the payment plan and can be changed upon default on payment. The land will be allocated before the cultivation of farms commences.

What documents would I get upon allocation?

A Letter of Allocation, Survey Plan, and Deed of Assignment among other necessary documents will be given to investors upon allocation.

How do I identify my plot(s) of land?

After the physical allocation of plot(s) on-site, you will be able to easily identify your designated plot(s) during your visit through the unique name and number tags that will be displayed on each plot accordingly for accessibility and recognition. 

Can I inspect my plot(s) at any time?

Certainly. You can visit your land at any time. However, we kindly request that you inform us in advance.

How are returns calculated, and how often will they be paid?

Return on Investment may vary annually and will be paid at an agreed-upon frequency depending on factors such as the yield of the agricultural produce, revenue generated from tourism activities and other income streams associated with the project. 

Will I get regular updates on the activities on the farm?

Frequent updates regarding agricultural activities will be sent to investors by the management.

Can I sell my plot, and are there any restrictions?

There are no restrictions to the sale of land. You can sell your plot at any time although you will need to inform us for documentation purposes.

What is the projected appreciation of the land over time?

At Hacienda, capital appreciation of land is expected to be about 600% in 10 years.

What risk mitigation strategies are in place to contain risks?

The management has integrated several strategies to contain potential risks associated with this venture such as implementing Insurance Coverage, Diversification of Activities on site, Ensuring strict adherence to and Staying updated on local and national regulations related to agriculture, tourism, and environmental sustainability Practices, Emergency Response and Contingency Plans, Implementing effective financial risk management practices, Adequate Staff Training and Safety Measures.

Is there a provision for security at Hacienda?

Security measures within the property and its environs are taken into strict consideration to protect the property, ensure the safety of visitors and safeguard investments.

If I make a payment, can I request a refund if I'm no longer interested?

Yes, you can request a refund; however, please note that the refund will be 40% less than the entire amount paid at the point of refund which serves as administrative charges and will be paid within 90 days of approval of refund or upon resale of said plot(s).

Can there be changes to these terms?

The real estate industry is a dynamic one, and as such changes occur from time to time, most times for the better. However, Xymbolic Development Ltd will try to maintain the stability of variables within its control while any change, amendment or modification shall be communicated to investors. Such communication shall be via letters, electronic mail, fax, short message service (SMS), handbill, posters, and any other means of communication. Correspondence shall be deemed to have been received by the Client having been sent to the subscribers' last given address.
