The Aces Bungalows
‘The Aces’ is a collection of holiday styled 2-bedroom fully finished terraced bungalows located in the fast developing, serene city of Epe, Lagos.
The idea behind this project is to build a community where people can own homes, which can either be used for regular residential purposes, holiday homes or for investments that would yield insanely good returns.
To achieve the quiet and serenity of a holiday home which ‘The Aces’ promises, we will be providing 24 hours power supply, potable water, well paved roads and covered drainages.
To ensure the estate is well lit and secure, we would also be providing 24 hour security personnel, as well as CCTV surveillance cameras, and solar street lights.
To further ensure you get the holiday living experience while feeling at home in your space, we will be constructing a 1000sqm recreational area which we call ‘The Space’.
‘The Space’ would comprise a Swimming Pool, a well equipped gym, an outdoor bar, a lawn tennis court, an Indoor game house and a green area where you can sit and enjoy the scenery.
There would also be a mini-mart and a pharmacy just in case you want to grab some groceries or maybe you’re feeling a little bit under the weather and want to grab some pain relief.
To ensure your holiday style living experience is not altered by frequent trips to the market, or by any errands that would take you out of the estate, we’ll be having an on-site errand service that would help you run errands, just in case you want to cook that special pot of cat fish pepper soup, or maybe you just want to cook something special.
